Most days the itinerary is very relaxed and you can spend plenty of time exploring the natural and cultural history of the area as well as enjoying long lunches in some great locations. Distances typically range from 25-35 miles each day with possibly one or two slightly longer days between key stages of the itinerary. The terrain is generally flat with one or two short climbs.

This Dingle Peninsula Bike Tour is one that takes you along one of the most spectacular regions on Ireland’s West Coast. It is a region steeped in history, mythology and traditional Irish culture. It offers vistas of green pastures, mist-covered mountains and wild stretches of uninhabitable coastline. The tip of the peninsula, west of Dingle town, is a stronghold of the Irish language.
