The route presented in this program explores the most particular mountain landscape that can be found in the Apennines: the “little Tibet” of Campo Imperatore, from where starts our cycling trip to reach the Teramo coast through history, culture and a unique landscape.

Abruzzo is a perfect place for  a modern gravel bike tour because of many white and dirt roads. These allow you to know Abruzzo in direct way. The cycling route along white paths from the sea to the mountain through a hilly landscapes, vineyards and olive graves leads you to high peaks of Abruzzo. This trip is a continuous discovery of true, genuine and unique experiences that only Abruzzo’s territory and people can instill you!

A fascinating journey from Montepulciano to Trebbiano, through vineyards and cellars, ancient streets, villages and cities of art to discover the world of wine and the Abruzzo hinterland. For lovers of cycling, the Tremiti islands are a natural paradise situated in the Gargano National Park – they are an almost obligatory destination. Their particular morphology and the always mild climatic conditions, make this territory especially favored by Mtb enthusiasts who here, twelve months a year, find coves and dirt roads ideal for their evolutions. The five islands, located off the Adriatic coasts of Gargano, in Puglia, are in fact five jagged strips of land, veritable corners of paradise intact and rich in natural beauty. In these evocative glimpses of the splendid Gargano coast, cycling is considered by institutional bodies to be the ideal format to respect the beauty and integrity of the Apulian archipelago which, not by chance, is carefully protected by the authorities of the National Park. The five small islands (3 square kilometers in all) 12 miles from the coasts of the Gargano and 24 from the coast of Molise, are a naturalistic asset, but also a paradise for diving and for those who love nature and the sea, whose color , with its thousand shades, recalls the Caribbean Sea.

Via della Transumanza, Tratturo, is a journey that combines passion for nature and history with the practice of mountain biking. It runs through the territories of central and southern regions, in particular from Abruzzo to Puglia passing through Molise, on the trail of shepherds dedicated to this migratory flow with their flocks. The Tratturo Magno, L’Aquila / Foggia, also known as the king’s tratturo, is the longest among the Italian tratturo with its 244 km. It takes several days to travel along this path, that was used by shepherds about 50 years ago.

Travel off-road, discover the remote paths of our planet and experience the taste of freedom. Get on a bike and ride on a mule track that climbs mountains, sleep in tents and live in a field under the stars, or leave the track and climb to the top of the peaks to see the sea that stretches as far as the eye can see over the horizon. A trip in Mtb is in fact synonymous with adventure, discovery and wonder, it is a fantastic experience to live in freedom and at any time: going through infinite spaces and uncontaminated natural environments, savoring the simplicity of a meeting with people who still keep their stories, letting yourself be moved by the unexpected beauty of the world. It is a partially itinerant tour which allows you to hike and discover the highest Apennine mountain, the Gran Sasso, from L’Aquila and Teramo sides. We will get from one side to another using our bicycle and finally we will get to the Teramo coast to relax on the seaside. A very panoramic tour, at every step you will have the sensation of touching the sky with a finger while our view will reach the sea. The main feature of Abruzzo, that of having mountain almost at the sea! By bicycle we will cross the Valle del Vasto along one of the most beautiful cycling roads in Italy.
