Blue Ocean Bike Path used to be a small car road to carry minerals of mountain area, Gangwon Province to Busan harbor, and this was built right next to blue ocean, East Sea of South Korea. In 1980~2000 Korean couples used to drive that road for date after mining business went down and there was no more busy traffic between Gangwon Province and Busan. So people started calling that road ‘Romantic Road’ because of its beautiful scenery.
Now Korean government turned that ‘Romantic Road’ into a bike path for bike adventurers. This Blue Ocean Bike Path is 750km from Busan to DMZ. Another amazing bike path came out like Seoul to Busan 640km Bike Path. And Teamax Adventure picked the most beautiful 240km riding course over 750km Busan to DMZ for this 3 day weekend riding adventure.
