Lizard Head Cycling Guides has found a mountain bike hide away in the far west Texas mountains of Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park

Big Bend is the largest, most remote, and least visited National Park in the lower 48 states. The combination of 8,000-foot mountains and Chihuahuan desert together make Big Bend the most biologically diverse landscape in the North America. The region offers surprisingly good singletrack, rugged jeep trails and warm temperatures to MTB riders. The weather is best ridden in the late winter/early spring and late fall months.
