Starting from the hamlet of Torre del Colle descend to the walled Roman town of Bevagna, ride along the cobbled streets that trace the ancient amphitheater, and then out into the Valle Umbra. Enjoy a ride through the lush fields, mostly flat, all the way to a family-run organic farm. Climb a short hill to be rewarded by a delicious wine tasting and homemade lunch at the winery!
