Umbria in a glass of Sagrantino: the Master of Wine
Exploring a territory through its culture and traditions means exploring the art of living of those who live in that place. In Umbria, the medieval festivals are a striking example; an open-air exhibition of local traditions that takes you back to a medieval time.
Over here making wine has become an art, with a very high level of technical and scientific knowledge. However, the traditions are still handed down from generation to generation. This bike tour is the perfect combination of all that. About a 40km ride in total, up and down the Umbrian hills, among centenary olive groves and spectacular vineyards. Discover what lies behind the art of Sagrantino wine through an immersive experience: the EnoSafari. Enjoy the beauty of the medieval village of Montefalco, the "Terrace of Umbria”, learn about the art of making wine on our friend's family-run winery, sip amazing organic wine while enjoying a delicious homemade lunch.
Highlights
- Enjoy off-the-beaten-path landscapes filled with sprawling vineyards, silver-green olive groves
- Want to ride amazing hilly backroads and celebrate it with a glass Sagrantino Wine. Boom!
- Enjoy the outdoor and want to spend some quality time with their fellow travelers or family members
- Love Italian wine and want to learn more about this ancient tradition

Fly away by the magic of living the dream of La Dolce Vita
There must be a reason why the most luxurious and spectacular hotel in Las Vegas is called "Bellagio".
A sought-after place since ancient times, recently Lake Como is celebrated in Hollywood by movie stars who make it a holiday destination, a film set, a classy place, even a source of pride. But regardless of fashions, objectively it seems that nature has made a particular effort to create a water basin set in a spectacular setting: The Alps. An upside-down Y-shaped lake, a bucolic masterpiece with majestic tones that awaken the senses. A perfect picture, which can cross over into the sense of art. Here, one of those places in the world where you stop and look and can't say anything. When it is said to take your breath away...
From an architectural point of view, the Renaissance Villas alone are worth the ticket. In professional cycling, on the other hand, Lake Como is a Mecca, the battlefield of one of the 5 "Classiche Monumento": The Giro di Lombardia. The ascent of Ghisallo, Civiglio, and the Sormano Wall. Places of worship for those who love cycling.
Returning to the real world, you don't need to be George Clooney or Vincenzo Nibali to get a bike and enjoy all this paradise. This is why we have designed a trip at a slow pace, which will lead you to the most iconic places of Lake Como without making too much effort. Grab your bike and cycle along the western shore of the lake via the Greenway del Lago. Enjoy the Renaissance Villas and their incredible gardens. Indulge in a lakeside lunch in Varenna and take a deep breath looking at the mountains from the lakeside of Bellagio. Don’t let it go. Take it. This is La Dolce Vita.
