Hamburg’s rich history and architectural innovation make for an excellent exploration by bike!

Come see the best of Hamburg on this 3.5 hour bike tour! We’ll visit both modern and historical sites, such as the newly inaugurated Elbphilharmonie located within the Hamburg Harbor.

We’ll begin our tour on a relaxed route cycling towards the famous Alster lakes, where the Elbe and Alster rivers join. Stopping at the world-renowned St. Pauli football stadium, your guide will fill you in on the history and modern cultural appreciation for this area. You will also have the chance to see massive WWII bunker; preserved since the 1940’s.

After enjoying the scenic lake view, we will continue towards town hall and make our way to the Warehouse District. This area of Hamburg was deemed a UNECSO world heritage site in 2015. Its importance as a port has earned the city’s nickname of ‘the Gateway to Germany’.

Just next door, we’ll also visit the most modern area of the city, known as HafenCity. The modern architecture is evidenced in buildings such as the Elbphilharmonie, the newest landmark of the city. We’ll then cycle past St. Michael’s church before stopping at the red-light district on the Reeperbahn. We have a not-to-be-missed view from a promenade above the Landungsbrücken overlooking the port; the perfect ending to a comprehensive tour of Hamburg.

All ages are welcome! All tours run rain or shine.
