Located just two hours away from Paris by train, Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy, is ideal for a short escape from the hustle and bustle of big cities, crowded touristy places, and stuffy business atmospheres.

Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Nuits St. George, and Gevrey — they’re celebrated names among oenophiles, and they’ll become celebrated memories in the form of welcome stops on your itinerary! Although vineyard stops are many and there are plenty of bottles to be enjoyed, we still advise you to always carry (and indulge in) a bottle of Mother Nature’s finest — water, that is. Although this is a 4-day “getaway,” it’s still a cycling vacation, and we want you to revel in the freedom of the open, quiet roads as much as you relish the regional beverages and cuisine.
