Cycle Catalan is pleased to announce the opening of its new Cycle and Walking Centre based in the heart of the medieval village of Calonge which sits in the foothills of the Gavarres mountains. The accommodation comprises of two newly completed townhouses built in a traditional style to blend in with the old medieval quarter with its narrow streets, Sant Marti church and Calonge castle which dates back to the 13th century. The village is well equipped with two excellent bakeries, a supermarket, butcher's, chemist, a weekly street market and numerous bars and restaurants.
