Every twist and turn reveals stunning landscape with giant rocks, canyons and willow lined riverbanks and glimpses into the history of one of the worlds biggest gold rushes.
Your ride starts in Alexandra where you will follow the Clutha River down the Roxburgh Gorge Trail. After 14km you will transfer onto a jet boat and transported 8km to the southern end of the trail where you will disembark and continue your ride to the Roxburgh Hydro Dam. From the Dam you will join the Clutha Gold Trail and ride to overnight B&B accommodation in Roxburgh.
Ride from Roxburgh, along the Clutha Gold Trail passing Millars Flat and Lonely Graves and on to Beaumont for your overnight B&B accommodation.
On the final day leave the Clutha River and head inland through rolling farm land, passing through Tunnel Hill and your final destination of Lawrence.
