A two and a half hour guided cycle tour inside and outside the city walls, with an average travelling speed of 1,000 years an hour.
Discover the saints and sinners, heroes and villains of the past, the history of the railway, the grizzly executions contrasted with the sweeter side of York and our chocolate history. Romans, Vikings, Normans and others all left their marks on our beautiful city and this tour will take you to places that other tours may miss and that most people don’t venture to on foot. Starting and finishing at one of the old pubs in York, just a short walk from the majestic Minster. "History on wheels" with some humour and gentle exercise thrown in!
