This cycle trip covers the western section of the National Trail between Avebury and Wendover. East of the River Thames at Goring the trail becomes a footpath for walkers only so we have mapped out our own cycling route that follows bridleways.The trail is almost entirely off-road. In dry weather it is suitable for most regular cyclists. In poor weather it can become a tough mountain bike ride that will test both your biking skills and stamina.

The South Downs Way is a classic mountain bike trail that provides a challenge for riders of all abilities. On this trip you will cycle along a chalk ridge from Winchester through the Hampshire and Sussex South Downs to the white cliffs of Eastbourne.The difficulty of the terrain varies enormously throughout the year. Care should be taken when planning a trip to ensure distances each day are appropriate for the fitness and experience of the group. A cycle ride across the South West Peninsula from Ilfracombe on the Atlantic Coast to Plymouth on the English Channel. The route mainly follows cycle paths along disused railway lines, passing through the important market towns of Barnstable, Bideford, Okehampton and Tavistock.Care should be taken when planning a trip to ensure distances each day are appropriate for the fitness and experience of the group. We have carefully designed two itineraries for groups cycling the whole trail from Ilfracombe to Plymouth.

Experience the rugged beauty and wilderness of Dartmoor and the windswept heaths and imposing coastline of Exmoor as you cycle from Plymouth to the Bristol Channel before continuing over the Brendon and Quantock Hills to Taunton.This is a fantastic cycle ride across moor, through ancient woodland and river valleys and along quiet country lanes. The long climbs will test your fitness, stamina and off-road cycling skills but you will be rewarded with some breathtaking views.
