Vietnam Backroads was established in 2010 by Tran Huu Van who has been called "Van the man" by his clients from many countries who were on his cycling tours. Van has a passionate about cycling adventures.

He has travelled to many different places in different regions in Vietnam. He has scouted almost cycling routes and explore nature sites. Since 2010 his team has been sharing his passion for travelling by bicycle.

We believe that cycling is the only way to see the world. It's because you can taste, smeel and experience local lives directly, discover new things, meet locals at their home, and explore untouched countryside. Then you return home with unforgettable cycling holidays. We offer rides for different levels of travellers/cyclists. Ride on mixed terrains of roads; flat/hilly single track, dirt paths, concrete paths and biking distance are totally flexible based on riders' ability. By 2014, Mr Van starts a new business: Saigon Bike Shop which related to his company running cycler tours . Saigon Bike Shop has more than 60 MTB bikes to support to Vietnam Backroads Bicycle Tours. All new Giant MTB bikes with wheel size: 27.5, hydraulic brake, Deore groupset and good quality Rockshox XC30 front forks will give you more than your ecxpectation. With our private A/C vehicles and proffesional mechanics supporting your bike trips on the whole ! you will never forget your trips in Vietnam. Bicycle maintenance and bike repair are also top services to locals and foreigners in Ho Chi Minh city. Mr Van and his mechanic team have been sharing experience to independent cyclists who bring their owned bikes all the ways.
