The island of Eubea (Evia) is the second-largest in Greece, after Crete.
It is located in the Aegean Sea, separated from the mainland by the Gulf of Euboea.
Your cycling on Euboea Island starts at the seaside town of Eretria, known for its ancient theatre and the Temple of Apollo Daphnephoros. Cycle along quaint backroads, picturesque fishing villages, past rolling vineyards, major archaeological sites and finish at the lively town of Karystos, where plenty of solitary beaches await you for a refreshing swim.
