Two mountain stages, three intermediate sections and four flat sections to conquer.
From the bustling metropolis of Bangkok, we head north along the Mekong River across the border to Luang Prabang on safe roads and through ever-changing, beautiful mountain scenery. You cycle along the Mekong River to Vientiane, the capital of Laos, past the largest lake in Laos, the Nam Ngum, pass the backpacker village of Vang Vieng and pass through small mountain villages to Luang Prabang.
Constantly changing landscape scene and many cultural sights on the way become a breathtaking experience, which is denied to most Thailand tourists, because they hardly come here.
On the way to the north you will gradually get away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis of Bangkok to the true Thailand, past the Mekong River, orchards, vegetable, rice and tobacco fields, sugar cane, strawberry and cashew nut plantations, small provincial towns and peasant villages, as well as a huge reservoir, until you come to Luang Prabang after crossing the mountains, a city that has been classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

You will head south from the bright lights and skyscrapers of Bangkok to the southern tropical island of Phuket.
The roads you will take are hand picked for there safety and beautiful forever changing scenery.
The road surfaces are good and many new cycle paths are being created at present by the Thai government since the explosion of the road bike scene in the country within the last couple of years.
The terrain is mainly flat, which means its easy for most people to enjoy, but if you join the team rider tour there will be lots of Strava Kom opportunities for you to attack.
Although the terrain isn’t tough, the scenery and culture you will observe will constantly change, a breathtaking experience with sights that most tourist simply will never see, memories and views that will last a lifetime.
As you head south you will pass from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis which is Bangkok and once you leave the city limits you will start to see and experience the real Thailand, passing coconut , rubber and pineapple plantations, go though small provincial towns to picturesque fishing villages. You will experience many sacred Buddhist shrines and temples with lots of photo opportunities. Then as you hit the beach roads, you will follow the Gulf of Thailand and all the beautiful bays with their crystal clear waters, and palm lined beaches, truly magical views.

At Thailand Cycle Tours we appreciate that it sometimes difficult to manage family holiday expectations.
Families often have husbands that enjoys cycling, while their wives and children often appreciate the more relaxing aspects of a family vacation. It is with in mind we are the first Cycling Tour Company that has created a holiday that can cater for both aspects and leave ample time, each day for husbands, wives and children alike to embrace all the cultural and relaxing opportunities Thailand and Hua Hin has to offer. Obviously if the lady of the house is also a keen cyclist, then we welcome their participation greatly.
The objective of the training camp tour is to offer 5 one day journeys through beautiful surroundings, all departing and retuning to Hua Hin each day. The rides will vary between 75km and 150km, the intensity of the training camp will be determined by which tour dates you choose. We will offer 2 levels, Sportive 24-27kph ave, Team Rider 28-32kph ave.
Each ride will start at approximately 8am and will last from 4 to 6 hours depending on group level and the route for that day.
You will be accompanied by a cycle instructor with proven race experience and by 10 starters a support vehicle with drinks, snacks and spare wheels and maintenance tools.

One for enthusiastic cyclists who also want to be able to enjoy the landscape to the fullest and one for more sporty people who want to be on the move a bit faster.
The pace for pure connoisseurs should be between 24 to 27, that for the more athletic 27 to 30 km / h.
The tour lasts 11 days / 10 nights and covers a distance of 850 kilometers.
From the bustling city of Bangkok, head north towards the mountains to Chiang Rai, on safe roads and through ever-changing, beautiful mountain scenery.
Three mountain stages and six flat sections are to be conquered.
