Beginning with a hotel pick-up from Chiang Mai, our adventure kicks off at the "Sticky Waterfall", from where we dart off by bike through forests and farmlands to reach a glittering temple complex. The next day is set for an unforgettable up-close encounter with elephants before spending the night at an ecolodge committed to the preservation of Hmong culture – a distinct highland ethnic group. We then cycle through rice fields and pause to learn about the fascinating craft of elephant poo-poo paper (yes, you read that right!). And finally, we ride along the Ping River plains to a northern Thai family home for an authentic, hands-on cooking class. After feasting on our own creations, we return to Chiang Mai. The tour concludes with a transfer to your post-tour hotel or the airport.
