Join the wine bike tour. The cuisine in Sicily is different from the rest of the Italy,in addition to its great wines, dinner in Sicily usually consists of vegetables (tomatoes, eggplants, artichokes), plenty of seafood, and yes, lots of pasta and olive oil. Its lemons, oranges, figs, almonds and apricots are among the best in the world. Castiglione di Sicilia is resting on a hill on the north side of Etna, in the middle of the valley that the river Alcantara digs between Randazzo and  Taormina. To see it from afar, it is the archetype of the typical hilltop village, with houses perched along the slope.

During our tour we will visit wine cooperatives with wine tasting and local food tasting.
