Rutas Pangea
Rutas Pangea is the result of the dream and effort of a group of friends who, in 1993, decided to dedicate themrselves to creating experiences of bicycle tourism and hiking around the world.
That is why we chose Pangea as the name, the name of that great supercontinent before it was divided into the continents that we know today.
During all these years many things have changed, although some continue as in the beginning and the bicycle is the center of our activity.
We have several lines of activity, but we always try to complement each other:
- Organization of bicycle trips , specialists in cyclotourism, bicycle vacations and bike routes on the Greenways, we celebrate 25 years together . We have organized bike trips in about 25 countries, most of them in Europe, although our groups have also pedaled through Mali, Morocco, Tunisia, India and Canada.
- Consulting and training in the field of responsible and sustainable tourism. They call us to help in the revitalization of territories, collaborate in the formation of local companies and guides, design itineraries and our great specialty: create a tourist product and put it on the market.

Normandy is a region of long beaches and white cliffs that impressed impressionist painters and romantic writers.
However, this region has been deeply marked by history, a zone of conflict between the Gallic and Roman tribes, after the fall of the Empire it received Saxons who came from the north, the Franks and continuous visits from the belligerent Vikings. For centuries, this was the battlefield of the French, Norman, and English armies. Guillermo the Conqueror, Ricardo Corazón de León and Joan of Arc passed through here, characters who left deep traces. There are two historical moments, decisive and that although they happened here, they have marked the history of Europe. Two battles,Touring Normandy is pedaling through the pages of a history book .
Our bicycle route crosses this Norman landscape with calm, enjoying the incredible nuances of lights that Monet, Renoir and Pissarro fell in love with. The bunkers, the landing beaches and the WWII commemorative museums center our journey, not forgetting the medieval city of Bayeux, where an authentic jewel of the 11th century Bayeux Tapestry, several Greenways and the icing on the cake are preserved. To end our route, the magical Mont Saint Michel.

The Primitive Way receives its deserved name, since it follows the path of the first known Way. From Oviedo, we will cross all the councils of western Asturias: Las Regueras, Grado, Salas, Tineo, Pola de Allande and Grandas de Salime.
