Begin your journey among the vineyards of Penedès, with a breathtaking view of the "Massif de Montserrat", the most sacred mountain of Catalonia. With your guide, you will discover the most beautiful wine routes in the area, uncover the history of the Penedès region and learn about the local wine culture and the elaboration of Cava, the most iconic drink of Catalonia.
During our tour, we will have a first tasting in an authentic family-owned winery. You will discover the world of natural & biodynamic wines and try their unique taste.
After a scenic bike ride, we will reach the 2nd winery. Our guide will show you around the cellar and explain in detail the wine/cava making process. You will then try several premium organic wines and cava to discover the taste of the region, paired with some local snacks.
After the tastings, we will return to the city center in an easy ride along the vineyards.
Take advantage of the rest of your afternoon to discover the charming coastal town of Sitges, only 25 kilometers away. If you've already had a big day, feel free to just take the train back direct to Barcelona (train every 30 mn).
