The Ultimate Road Cycling Holiday in the UK!
That really is the only way to describe our Land's End to John O'Groats tours. LEJOG is a classic challenge across the entire length of mainland Britain that every cyclist should experience at least once in their lifetime.
In all we will cover roughly 1,000 miles, encompassing some of the UK's most stunning and remote countryside in just 14 days of exhilarating cycling! It's tough, an adventure, hard work, you'll get a puncture or two, but its one of the most rewarding things you will ever do!!
Our carefully designed route avoids heavy traffic and busy towns as much as possible, and takes us well off the beaten track along quiet country lanes and specific National Cycle Network (NCN) routes.
We travel from Land's End following the south Cornish coast, riding over the wilds of Dartmoor, and over the Severn Bridge into Wales. Following the River Wye on the Welsh border through the stunning rural landscapes of Hereford and Shropshire.
Heading further north we discover the amazing Forest of Bowland then into the Lake District and cross the border into Scotland. Before long we're passing through the Trossachs, Loch Lomond and Grampian Mountains to Inverness, then the experience wilderness of the Scottish Highlands en-route to our final destination John O'Groats.

Mizen Head to Malin Head - The Wild Atlantic Way
This superb 10 day tour offers varied cycling through the delightful Irish countryside as we travel the 595 mile perfectly designed route from Mizen Head, Ireland's most SW point to Malin Head, its most Northernly point. Being shorter and easier days than Land's End to John O'Groats (LEJOG) allows for some later starts / earlier finishes enabling you to relax and recover by taking advantage of any Hotel leisure facilities, indulge in the fantastic local produce or explore historic towns.
A stand out feature is the people, they are just so friendly and hospitable, the Irish charm is well known around the world. Most towns and villages still have at least one pub where you can find traditional evening music sessions taking place, enabling us to indulge in experiencing the famous 'Irish Craic'.
We'll journey through a varied landscape of mountains and moorland, dotted with quiet peaceful villages and isolated farmhouses. Ireland's wild and craggy coastline is spectacular, with mile upon mile of crystal clear sea, sandy beaches, small rocky bays and traditional fishing harbours.
After transferring you from our Hotel at Cork Airport to the start point at Mizen Head, our route uses an excellent network of minor roads taking you along the Mizen peninsula to Bantry Bay and into the surrounding mountains. Turning inland we cycle the dramatic Black Valley and it's unique mountain pass, The Gap of Dunloe. We venture deep into picturesque County Kerry with the amazing Killarney National Park, and then cross the Shannon Estuary by ferry.
We skirt Wild Atlantic surfing beaches and towns before visiting the iconic 'Cliffs of Moher' for a quick selfie and along the distinctive karst limestone plateau of the Burren. Through County Galway, onto the vast open bogs, loughs and mountains of Connemara. From here we enjoy even more stunning scenery including the Sky Road and a glacial fjord, Killary Harbour.
After Galway's enticing old pubs and Irish traditional music we continue to the pretty town of Donegal, before tackling the Inishowen Peninsula's remote moorlands and vast sea loughs that lead us to Malin Head for an epic finish.
From Malin Head, we provide a convenient coach transfer back for our overnight stay in Belfast.

Conquer The Welsh Dragon
There are few 'end to ends' that can be completed in just a long weekend, encompassing the beautiful landscapes of the Brecon Beacons, Mid-Wales valleys and Snowdonia. A challenging 15,000ft of ascent awaits as you cycle for 3 days between Chepstow and Caernarfon castles including the Gospel Path and Bwlch y Groes, which is a top 100 UK climb.
The Welsh version of end to end has failed to adopt the same folklore status as others such as LEJOG. Might be that it's name 'Lon Las Cymru' does not trip off the tongue or could be fact it has several different starting and end points. Either way the lack of attention it receives is quite perplexing, as our version of this humble Welsh route offers some of the finest climbs, quietest lanes and most incredible views of the lot.
We start in Chepstow which is easily accessible by road or rail (via Gloucester), plus with free car parking at our Hotel for the duration of the tour and a coach back to Chepstow at the end, the logistics have been made as hassle free as possible.
Starting from the Chepstow Castle on Friday morning, we cycle along quiet lanes and wooded valleys via pretty Welsh villages such as Usk towards Abergavenny. From here the terrain changes to open moorland as we climb steadily towards the Gospel Pass. After descending into Hay on Wye we venture deeper into the Welsh countryside on to Llandrindod Wells.
With an optional diversion through the stunning Elan Valley, we continue to traverse alongside beautiful wooded river valleys, flanked by lush green hillsides littered with sheep. Then at Dinas Mawddy we begin the epic climb up Bwlch y Groes, before an exhilarating descent down to the lakeside into Bala.
We journey through Snowdonia for large part on the 'Fford Brailsford Way' on route ways British cycling supremo and local lad Dave Brailsford has created. As we do the landscape becomes more rugged and dramatic with a majestic Snowdon towering above us on the climb towards Llanberis pass, where the views down the valley are breathtaking, it is hard not to smile as we descend, sweeping past stunning vistas at every turn towards and onwards to Caernarfon castle.

A Truly Unique Scottish Cycling Experience
A journey around the 500 mile circular route which offers cyclists a spectacular array of mountain ranges, lochs, glens, castles, ruins, beaches and wildlife - not forgetting a range of memorable locations to sample some of the best of Scotland’s food and drink.
We start in 'The Capital of The Highlands' Inverness and head west to the coast. A stunning but optional ascent over the famous 'Baelach na Ba' awaits with a hair-raising descent into Applecross. Whitewashed crofting houses pepper the road to Gairloch, where we may if lucky catch a glimpse of dolphins.
Following this is the awe-inspiring scenery of Glen Torridon, which is amongst the most spectacular you'll see in the UK. Heading into Wester Ross, the road hugs the coast and there are views of Skye and the Western Isles. After stocking up on supplies in the wee fishing town of Ullapool, we cycle through Lochinver with stunning views to Stac Pollaidh and Suilven, just two of many idiosyncratic peaks in the area.
The sleepy settlement of Kylesku and its iconic bridge see us heading north on a winding single-track road towards Assynt, a region that captures the stark, elemental beauty of the Highlands like nowhere else. The north coast road continues to Durness, the UK's most NW village and worthwhile detour into Smoo Cave.
The stunning North Atlantic coastline guides us to Melvich before we turn south towards one of the world's last wild places, the 'Flow Country'. An undulating, vast expanse of peat and pools provide our backdrop to Forsinard Station. A smooth single track road weaves alongside Loch Naver and past the famous Crask Inn to Lairg. Our route then heads towards the east coast for the first time and coastal town of Dornoch.
Riding back west to Bonnar Bridge we get spectacular views over Dornoch Firth to distract from climbing 'The Struie', whilst Cromarty Firth and The Black Isle provide a welcome sense of the end being in sight. Before long the cycle paths of Inverness draw us to our conclusion at the majestic Inverness Castle.
