Our proposition leads along the Vistula valley from Cracow to atmospheric Kazimierz Dolny. On the way, we will be passing many picturesque towns dating back to the reign of Kazimierz the Great. During the trip, we will be visiting the most important towns from Cracow to Warsaw. Thanks to the low difficulty level, the route is suitable for anyone, who wants to explore the region by bike.

In 1979 the Polish part of the Białowieża Forest was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. The forest one of the last places where you can see the ecosystem of the lowland forest with your own eyes. The Białowieża Forest is home to bison and there are 50 species of mammals, around 200 species of birds and 1,000 species of insects. The oldest oak trees growing in the Białowieża Forest are reminiscent of King Władysław Jagiełło (1386-1434). The oaks in Białowieża have record-breaking trunks in height and width, which in the past centuries have made them a coveted export good, from which, for example, ship masts on the world’s oceans were made.

This multicultural region is considered to be the gate to the East. Four national parks are located here: Białowieża (recognized on UNESCO World Heritage Site list), Biebrza, Narew and Wigry. Cycling, we will be passing orthodox churches, synagogues, wooden churches and huts with finely decorated shutters, ancient grave mounds, pristine rivers, wild animals, pristine forests. In the night, we may observe the Milky Way in the sky, and by the table – enjoy local specialties.

During the trip, we will visit the most important natural and cultural destinations of Podlasie, the „must see” for everyone visiting the region. Trip is an easy one, making it suitable for anyone who wants to explore the region by bike.

We can find here island of Wolin, the eastern part of the island of Uznam, the Hel penisula, numerous coastal lakes, cliffs and sand dunes. A lot of dunes are in the Slowinzer National Park near Leba. In total, the Polish Baltic Sea coast has more than 500 km of sandy beaches and is suitable for both water sports and sunbathing. Flat and slightly elevated with gentle slopes; one must also be prepared for sandy sections, local roads, field and forest.

A unique water system in Europe and in the world, lakes connected by rivers and streams, several monuments of the rich past such as: the world-famous St. Mary’s Church in Gdansk, the largest brick castle in Europe in Malbork , the imposing cathedral in Frombork, the Wolf’s Lair (Adolf Hitler’s war headquaters) in Gierloz. This area offers not only these cultural impressions but also lets You experience the untouched nature.

A variety of terrain: slightly hilly (on the Elbląg Heights and in Masuria up to 150 meters), gentle slopes. Sandy field- and forest roads, sometimes cobblestone, but mostly asphalt roads.

Characteristic for this area are gentle hills and mighty dark forests, which cover almost 30% of Masuria. Above all, the lakes have shaped the face of Masuria. The largest is called Śniardwy and is a Masurian Sea with an area of 110 square kilometers. All in all, Masuria is a paradise for cycling, fishing enthusiasts, paddlers and sailors.
