A lot of pleasant woodland trails, scenic spots – lakes and coastline, and also some technical passages to challenge your skills.

The mountain bike trails that we’ll show you on this North Seeland biking tour are fantastically ride-able most of the year and there are literally hundreds of biking routes to choose from!

On our 3 days singletrack tours we remove the guesswork for you and bring you simply the best mountain biking routes to be found in East Denmark. We are talking “Flowy Country Trails”

3 days of single trails. 30-60 km per day. All trails are rideable to any one

Guided by a professional guide, this tour focuses on both nature and culture. You must prepare to get all your senses involved. The tour pace is moderate so anyone can join in. Please note that this bike experience is NOT a technical mountainbike tour.

We will have approx. 10 stops along the way. The guide will tell you about the things we see: including the Deer Park (“Dyrehaven”), the Eremitage Hunting Lodge (“Eremitageslottet”), the Mill Stream (“Mølleåen”), Brede Vaerk, the Open Air Museum, Lyngby Watermill and Lyngby Church.

We will have lunch break at an idyllic place and historically interesting restaurant named Brede Spisehus (alternatively, we can enjoy a sandwich in the open). And we will have coffee break, either at Havnehytten overlooking Lyngby Lake or at the new café in the former industrial building Pritzels Factory overlooking the millpond.

Sometimes we park the bikes and enter to see the newly restored Eremitage Hunting Lodge, a house in the Open Air Museum, the newly renovated Lyngby Church and Lyngby Watermill in operation (subject to opening times / other events)

Bikes: We use our high quality Marin mountainbikes. In case of wet trails, we will put on fenders to protect your clothes from stains.

This trip is remarkable. It is a brand new concept, and has never been carryed out before!

Fjords, the sea and lakes

We ride between 50 – 100 Km per day. Not fast, but you have to be in relatively good shape. Travel speed will be around 25-28 km per hour – depending on the group of course.
