Just 3 hours from the capital.

In just 3 hours driving distance from the capital there lies a land of true wilderness, the Khenty range that marks the southern edge of the great Siberian forest ecosystem. In this very part of Mongolia Chinggis Khan was born, grew up and ascended his throne 800 years ago. Wooded mountains, lush river valleys and rolling hills dominate the area. We cycle on distinct car tracks with smooth packed surface and meet local herders who live off large flocks of domesticated animals.
