Khangai Mountains with Naadam Festival

Experience the world’s one and only, Naadam Festival – the biggest annual celebration of Mongolia held during mid-July when the weather is most pleasant and the grass is greenest. After enjoying the festivities, begin your 430 kilometer fully-supported cycling journey through the Khangai Mountains – one of the largest mountain ranges of Mongolia. Feel pristine nature cycling through lush valleys, forested hills, mighty mountains, and cross knee-deep rivers of central Mongolia. Get acquainted with nomadic culture by visiting herder families and see large flocks of grazing livestock including yaks and semi-wild horses. Camp out each evening in scenic spots including nights near river banks under thousands of stars.
