Join the MidLifeCyclist on a fully guided and supported cycling adventure from Como to Lake Garda. In total, more than 200 miles of riding with some spectacular climbing and descending, showing off the best of the Italian Lakes region.
We pedal from Como in the West, past six lakes large and small, to Lake Garda in the East. And truly, there are some breathtaking views to be had along the way. Breathtaking in more ways than one! Some of our climbs have featured frequently in pro-cycling's Spring classic, the Tour of Lombardy, and the Grand tour of the Giro d'Italia.
There's a visit to be made to the charming chapel of Madonna del Ghisallo - revered as the patron saint of cycling - crammed full of Grand Tour shirts, bikes and other Tour memorabilia - a destination of pilgrimage for cyclists the world over. And, for those brave enough, there is the opportunity to tackle the legendary Muro di Sormano as an optional, extra side dish.
As well as the cycling there is the opportunity to sample some of the best food and drink that Italy has to offer. And the chance to visit and stop overnight in some of the most delightful towns in the region including Como, Bellagio and Bergamo.
This is a tour to live long in the memory - a wonderful way to see a most beautiful part of Italy.
