Ring of Kerry and Dingle

This tour should be called King of the Mountains as you will ride through the Magillycuddy Reeks, Irelands highest mountain range. You will enjoy spectacular scenery, lakes, rivers, and you will see and smell the wild gorse and purple heather. Leaving the Iveragh Peninsula behind, you will head north to ride around the Dingle peninsula. Dingle is another Irish speaking area and its famous landmarks are the Skelligs – a monastic settlement which resemble Beehive huts and which was recently the prop for Starwars movie, The Force Awakens. Dingle is another great place for music, song and dance.

The Ring of Kerry is famous throughout the world for its spectacular scenery. While the main roads can be busy, we avoid the traffic by taking some hillier options that crisscross these two dramatic peninsulas.
