Inverness Waterways Tour

This guided adults only tour is on flat cycle paths, canal towpaths and some minor roads. On our tour we will visit some of the most scenic areas of the city of Inverness. We will ride along the River Ness into the Ness Islands then we will stop for a short visit to the Inverness Botanical Gardens, proceeding onto the world famous Caledonian Canal we continue on the canal towpath to the Muirtown locks where we may see the locks in operation, following the canal with views out to the Beauly Firth we will ride through the Merkinch Nature Reserve taking us out to the Moray Firth where our local dolphins can sometimes be seen. Picking up the River Ness again we head back to the City.
