Steep climbs, long descents. This is the perfect trip for experienced E-MTB riders looking for tough rewarding days in the Icelandic backcountry. A trip suitable for advanced eMTB riders with a good technical skill level.
Seasoned guides reveal the stunning sngletracks and backcountry routes that define both the beauty and harshness of Iceland. We traverse rolling ridge lines over the highlands and witness the flow of geothermal steam through bubbling hot springs. This is no walk in the park - hike-a-bikes and water crossings are part of the experience and riders should have solid fitness. Your daily efforts are rewarded nightly with quality, fresh local food and good spirits among friends + made up beds and warm showers. Throughout the trip a SAG vehicle, a 4x4 van, shuttles all luggage. You carry only your daypack with water and packed lunch.
