Pedal and paddle through Croatia’s dreamy islands and old towns

Pack your sense of adventure and a hearty appetite because the Croatian islands are ready to sweep you off your feet! Pedal through centuries-old stories amidst a backdrop of staggering natural beauty. Dive into local delights so good you’ll want to marry them, and sip on the finest wines as you hop from UNESCO sites to charming coastal towns. We’ll cycle through fragrant pine forests, paddle along sparkling shorelines and past medieval villages, and soak up the culture and glorious Mediterranean sun.

On this multi-active adventure, you'll pedal through paradise, feast like a local and soak up the sun along the stunning Dalmatian Coast in Croatia.

We'll kick things off in the lively city of Split, cycling along the Mediterranean and winding through stone villages. Lavender fields? Check. Olive groves? Of course. Vineyards? You bet!

And let’s not forget those island towns — Hvar and Korčula — where every twist and turn hits you with next-level scenery: ancient forts standing proud over ridiculously clear, aquamarine waters. Then there’s Mljet National Park, where lush forests, shimmering lakes and the untouched beauty of this hidden gem will have you grinning from ear to ear!

Of course... we’re also here to feast! Hunt out the local delicacies that make Croatia a culinary gem — think rich pašticada (succulent beef in a velvety, aromatic sauce), fresh seafood grilled to perfection and melt-in-your-mouth štrukli (a delicious Croatian pastry filled with cheese) that'll make you wonder why you ever settled for anything less.

By the end of the day, you’ll find a cozy spot to kick back, maybe with a poolside cocktail in hand — because after all that pedaling, you deserve a little R&R! And with our passionate Tour Leader and stellar cycling crew guiding us through this Croatian escapade, we’ll dig deeper than the guidebooks ever could. Ready to jump in the saddle?

Highlights

  • Paddle the crystal-clear waters of Korčula Island on a kayaking adventure
  • Bike through the breathtaking Mljet National Park and soak up nature’s best bits
  • Sip and savor divine wines in Pelješac
  • Get lost (on purpose) in Hvar’s old town
  • Feast on drool-worthy local dishes that will have you craving more

This tour is Riding Level 4, which means you can expect to cycle an average of 60 km per day (and usually no more than 80 km) with occasional breaks to recharge. Expect some longer stretches and demanding uphill climbs (up to 1500 m a day), meaning you’ll need a good level of fitness if you’re on a standard bike.

On this Croatia tour, you’ll pedal through a stunningly diverse landscape, where rugged cliffs meet crystal-clear waters and coastal villages dot the route.
