We first ran this tour in 2019 with a fantastic group of guests, as we followed the Arctic Race of Norway along the length of the Lofoten Islands… we loved it so much, we knew we had to add it to our tour list!

Norway makes for the perfect cycling tour destination: quiet, smooth roads, endless days (literally!), dramatic scenery, delicious food and some of the best coffee shops we have ever come across.

Starting in the small village of Å, at the tip of the Lofoten islands (and subsequently the last letter of the Norwegian alphabet) we will pass through some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe, we will hop from island to island over beautiful bridges and constantly be in awe of the surrounding scenery. Each evening we will enjoy shore front hotel in local villages and experience the local Norwegian culture and food.

The Lofoten islands are located in the far north of Norway above the Arctic Circle! Even though we will be riding in the Arctic Circle we will enjoy mild summer temperatures of 15-18°C. Let’s just say it’s comparable to autumn riding - Jersey, gilets and arm warmers.

Once we have ridden the length of Lofoten, stopping in at popular villages such as Henningsvær and Svolvær we will continue riding north to the beautiful island of Senja (in our opinion the landscapes here challenge Lofoten!) and conclude our tour in the Arctic Capital of Tromsø!
