2000 years of wine making tradition are just a bike ride away.
We begin the journey an ancient stone's throw away from Saint √√¢milion, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The village itself is a wine & history lover's paradise, the shopping plentiful and the architecture extremely well preserved. Aside from the wine and food, we'll make sure to explore the famous XI century Monolithic Church and other historic monuments.
Next we'll make our way to the French Basque country. For centuries the ruling families of Europe have been coming to this region to relax and enjoy its 'lost in time' feel. The foothills of the Pyrenees are a land of traditional cuisine, coastal vistas and incredible riding.
The final part of our trip takes us to Spain and the Basque city of San Sebastian, touted as being one of the best food cities in the world and having more Michelin stars per capita than any other city, even Paris. Try one of the famous pintxos (tapas from the Basque Country) between days filled with easy pedaling through the vines and seascapes. For our last evening we'll dine in a Michelin starred restaurant, enjoying the camaraderie shared over the course of this sumptuous week.

It is easy to see why as it served as inspiration to great artists such as Dali, Picasso and Gaudi, was fought over by the Romans, Moors, Visigoths and the Spanish crown, and today boasts a culinary revolution that has changed the way the world sees food.

Ahh Tuscany, home to rolling sun baked hills, an artist's retreat for over millenia, producer of rich 'Super-Tuscan wines' Tuscany, the very name evokes romantic images.
Come bask in the light that artists have put to canvass for centuries, pedal through the vineyards of Italy's most famous wine regions and enjoy the fabulous food culture that comes from these noble hills.
Our Tuscany tour begins in the shade of the charming village of Montefollonico (with a beautiful view of Montepulciano and set amongst its Nobile grapevines) and winds it's way through the white stone Strada Bianchi towards Buonconvento, rated as 'One of the Most Beautiful Villages of Italy'. From here, we venture deep into wine country and our wine producing Agriturismo villa in Montalcino. Our days begin with delectable Tuscan breakfasts before cycling to cultural, culinary and of course gourmet activities, then back to the hotel for a little sun basking poolside or to check out a bit of the local shopping before dinner and a taste of the exciting local cuisine.
