This five‑stage bike tour explores Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, linking golden beaches, lively surf towns and quiet rural backroads. Riders begin in El Coco and follow a rolling route to Playa Potrero, covering “49 km” with “758 m” of climbing. The journey continues south through Tamarindo, Nosara and Caletas, each day offering new scenery, steady elevation gains and rewarding ocean views. Daily distances range from 47 to 78 km, with climbs that challenge without overwhelming. The tour finishes in Montezuma, where tropical beaches and laid‑back cafés provide the perfect end to an adventurous coastal ride.
