Eurotrek
Eurotrek are passionate about active holidays
They hike and bike whenever possible.
Outdoors and on the move with a rucksack on the back, amidst nature, people and culture - that’s where we are in our element. Travelling is our passion and exercise and sports are part of our everyday life.
But our passion for outdoors and travelling goes far beyond the private sphere: planning active holidays is our job. We know our tours personally; we plan new tours with passion, constantly optimise the existing programs and share our knowledge and experience with our guests.
Our passion for outdoors connects us as a team, but also builds trust in our guests and helps us understand their wishes and needs better. We implement these with the same passion with which we ourselves travel privately.

Along the largest Swiss River
A classic one in the cycling country Switzerland: along the Aare you can get to know a piece of Switzerland that has preserved the charm of its province, its peasantry and its unspoilt nature right up to the present day: Visit our country and its inhabitants "through the back door" – not through the front entrance with all the tourist stereotypes.

Fribourg Prealps & Lake Geneva
Challenging climbs and thrilling descents and single trails. A bike trip in Switzerland cannot get any better than riding in the Fribourg Alps. You start the tour at Lake Thun, with the ascent through the Gantrisch region being a real challenge for the legs.
You will be rewarded for your efforts by the sparkling Schwarzsee and beautiful trails. Enjoyment in Charmey, fresh mountain air in Les Paccots and finally a walk along the lake promenade in Montreux are the crowning moments of the panorama bike on the last kilometres.
Good physical condition is essential for the ascents in the Gantrisch area. The first stage is also technically more difficult. After that it will be easier and occasional trails will bring variety.

Mainau, Zeppelin and Mostindien.
You will have to look around hard to find another classic cycle path that is as popular as Lake Constance. Three countries participate in the large lake in the heart of Europe. Austria, Germany and Switzerland add a special flair to the lake. This unique symbiosis of various cultures contributed a number of precious treasures of art. To mention only a few of them: Cultural heritage Island Reichenau, baroque style pilgrims church Birnau or the historic old town of Stein on Rhine. Add the marvellous countryside along the lake and a cycle path winding the way through idyllic meadows, along glittering water and in front of the stunning peaks of the Alps.
The first stages are a little bit hilly. Lake Constance cycle path runs along the edge of the lake, mostly flat and without traffic. Sometimes minor roads are used, allowing beautiful scenic views. Appropriate for families.

The slow route
If you want to travel quickly from Olten to Geneva, travel through the midlands. If you have time, choose the route along the Jura South Foot. Beautiful old towns lie along the wide arc of the Jura through Switzerland, and castles and palaces watch over the wide countryside occasionally. From Olten you roll through the hilly foothills of the Jura onto the land of the Three Lakes with a view of the Aare.
Carrot fields, farmland and vineyards dominate the picture here, before the snow-covered peaks of the Mont Blanc massif come into view from Yverdon-les-Bains. The small villages along the way, not far from the big metropolis, seem to be from another time and inspire dreams. The clocks really do tick a bit slower along the Jura South Foot, but who cares if you're not in a hurry?
Actually, an easy tour, but the foothills of the Jura do have occasional climbs. Some traffic around the cities of Biel, Neuchâtel and Geneva, but otherwise an extremely scenic route on little used roads.

Heaven and hell
The jagged peaks of Les Diablerets that tower majestically over the Vaud Alps are also known as "devil horns". On the way to this summit, you feel a moment of heaven on Lake Geneva. Grapevines flatter the eye and castles rise majestically along the way. You could feel like cursing devilishly on the way to the Col de la Croix, but the idyllic landscape compensates for the sweat demanded by the climb up into the Vaud Alps.
The next paradise awaits you after the devilish pass. The ride through the green hills of the Saanenland and the balloons that float almost daily over Château-d'Oex will inspire you to dream. Not purgatory, but the occasional muffled bang of a cannon awaits you afterwards at Lac de l'Hongrin. Heaven and hell lie close together in the Vaud Alps and both are devilishly beautiful.
The ride over the Col de la Croix is spectacular, but it also requires good physical condition. The last stretch to Lac de l'Hongrin is also difficult to ride. The natural roads and especially the "Les Agites" tunnel are for experienced cyclists.

Pass ride on the Gotthard
The Tremola road meanders below you like a white ribbon from the Gotthard pass down to Airolo. You can take a last look back from your vantage point and then race down through the Val Canaria to Airolo. Charming accommodation welcomes you for two nights before you set off for the Val di Blenio.
The jagged Pizzo on the way to Passo del Sole forms a sharp contrast after the fertile meadows of the Piora plateau. Spicy scents suddenly waft around your nose on the descent into the Val di Blenio. The mild climate here in the Valley of the Sun is almost mediterranean. A detour to the Alpe di Bovarina, a visit to the spa area of your accommodation, and you are already at the last stage. The spectacular ride past the ruined village of Serravalle brings you to the pointed church towers of Biasca, where your bike tour ends.
Technically demanding descents and strenuous ascents. The Gottardo bike offers experienced bikers everything they could wish for. In order to enjoy this fantastic bike route, you need to have good basic fitness and good technique.

Chilly mountains in the south and warm lakes in the north
Fribourg is a «crazy» region, a topsy-turvy world. Chilly mountains in the south and warm lakes in the north. Furthermore two languages and three different holiday destinations within smallest space.
Heidi-feeling and modernity mixes at the foothills of the alps. For example in Gruyerès, where a medieval castle complex meets a futuristic museum of the Alien creator H.R. Giger or in Broc, where the Cailler chocolate factory with it´s widespreading smell is located. A must-see for every chocolate enthusiast.
The round trip through the Fribourgerland stretches from the flat three-lake-land into the alps foothills of Gruyères. But the waters of the Schiffenensee (Lake Schiffenen) and Greyerzersee (Lake Gruyère) ensure that the cycle stages are mostly flat and easy-going, so you can enjoy the tour without greater effort.

Experience the Bike-Marathon trail by Mountain Bike
The bike marathon around the Swiss National Park is probably one of the most spectacular events in Switzerland. Athletes from all over the world spare no effort and cycle up to 140 kilometres in a few hours. The professionals have little time for the beautiful scenery, but they do go a little slower.
You will get to know the famous bike course over several days on your tour around the national park. You roll through small hamlets, visit the Münster Valley, make a detour to the shopping paradise of Livigno and finally return to the Lower Engadine. You too can feel like a champion in Scuol at the end of your journey. Unlike the professionals, you will have gained some more impressions and will roll over the finish line with a smile.
Steep ascents and singletrails alternate with easy passages through the Lower Engadine villages. Especially for the second day a good condition is required. Experience in biking is also required for the singletrails.
