The team at European Cycle Events, headed up by Dudley Samuels have been taking cyclists to Europe for both major, organised events and tailor-made trips for over 18 years.
Italy is our heritage due to family connections, but our tours include Mallorca, mainland Spain, and France.
What’s more, Dudley has personally ridden just about every Gran Fondo or sportive there is, so his experience as to what you can expect from a tour is built on his personal knowledge and know-how.

Well the true history of this race was devised by these two famous wine makers back in 1897.
The Gran Fondo starts and finishes in Siena with 30kms riding on the famous white gravel roads. Our base is perfectly placed in the town centre, just 500 meters from the start line, and is central to explore bella Siena. This trip has something for everybody, both cyclist and non-cycling partners alike. A pro race, an Italian Gran Fondo, shopping and history. You really do have it all in Siena. The trip is on a bed and breakfast basis, as there are many places to choose from to eat in the town of Sienna instead staying on the hotel.
