This itinerary takes you across only the northern portion of the Carretera Austral. You can see the beautiful scenery of the Lakes District, but also experience the culture of slow moving small town life in northern Patagonia. You will arrive in Puerto Montt and have a bit of time in a historic German town before heading south on your bicycle. You will also be able to spend a time at Puyuhuapi and enjoy the comforting thermal baths.

Leave Puerto Natales in the morning to take a breath-taking trip to nearby Laguna Sofia. You will be able to admire the patagonian pampas and enjoy a gravel trail away from tourists. The trip will bring you back to Puerto Natales just after lunch.

In the morning we will pick you up from your accommodation in Puerto Natales or Torres del Paine and take you to Laguna Azul on the east side of Torres del Paine. The trail is a narrow single track that is a loop around a Lagoon; as you ride you will have unique and beautiful views of the Towers inside Torres del Paine. Once finishing the ride we will take you back to your accommodations.

This three day cycling trip takes you from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine in 2 days allowing for the trip to be made by bike. Once you arrive in Torres del Paine you will continue riding in a remote area of the park on a single track trail.

This trip is fantastic for adding to a longer itinerary and also to get off the regularly visited trails inside Torres del Paine.

This itinerary will take you pedaling from the city of Coihayque to Villa O'Higgins. From Villa O'Higgins you cross Lago O'Higgins on a ferry to reach Estancia Candelario Mansilla, which is a small town on the border of Argentina. Finally you will have to trek to Lago del Desierto and you will end your trip in a small climbers town called El Chalten.

• Visit Caleta Tortel, a fascinating fishing village built on stilts and boardwalks
• Enjoy a rest day in Villa O’Higgins, which is the gateway town to Patagonia’s Southern Ice Cap

• Hike from Candelario Mansilla to Lago del Desierto
• Cross Lago del Desierto by boat en-route to El Chalten
