The great tour of the Empordà starts in the magnificent city of Girona and offers a complete itinerary across the Empordà, one of the most beautiful landscapes of Catalonia.
Within just a few kilometres, riders will see a great variety of landscapes , such as medieval villages, little coves or traditional fishing villages. It’s a challenging route for medium level cyclists, due to its gradients that include safe mountain passes between 5 and 10km. This route also takes you to Cap de Creus, the most eastern point of the Iberian Peninsula.
