4Cycling&Trek, also known by its CicloMurgia project name, is a cycling and trekking tour operator based in Trani, in Puglia's Barletta-Andria-Trani province. Founded in 2008 by Filippo Tito, the company has spent over 14 years promoting the natural and cultural heritage of the region, with a particular focus on the Alta Murgia National Park. Its guiding team is made up of AIGAE-certified environmental guides, official Alta Murgia National Park guides, authorised tour guides and naturalist educators, and the company positions itself around sustainable, responsible tourism and authentic local storytelling, aiming to show visitors the territory "through the eyes of someone who lives it, knows it, studies and appreciates it."

Through its CicloMurgia project, the company has developed a network of cycling and hiking routes across the Alta Murgia area, which forms the backbone of its guided bike tour programme. They run guided day tours on both traditional bikes and e-bikes, using a fleet of more than 100 bikes, alongside separate trekking excursions at various difficulty levels and family-oriented outdoor trips. Additional services include bicycle rental, GPS devices pre-loaded with routes, camping equipment hire, and customised itineraries built in partnership with domestic and international tour operators, as well as school tourism programmes for students. Services are offered in both Italian and English. The company's flagship long-distance product is the TRANSMURGIANA bike journey through the Puglia hinterland, run under its own dedicated site.
