Recently, Blumenau won the title of National Beer Capital. The distinction is not only fair to the municipality, but also to its neighbors in the Vale do Rio Itajaí and tributaries, where the descendants of Germans kept the customs of their ancestors alive.
The creation of small breweries that follow the Reinsheitgebot (German Purity Law), producing the drink only with malt, hops, yeasts and the crystal clear water of the tributaries of the Itajaí River, consolidated the superior brewing culture in the region.
In this itinerary through the Vale da Cerveja, we enjoy cycling through the natural landscapes that make up the territory, with the goal of each day arriving at specially selected breweries, being able to enjoy the tastings and return to the accommodation point by van transfer.
