Kawagoe Bike Tour

Not far from Tokyo, Kawagoe is a beautiful excursion with the Kita-En Temple and its buddhist statues and the ancient artefacts of the Edo Period.

We will meet in our office, Minami-Urawa station, MAP HERE and we will start our ride for 35 km (all day 58km ) in total safety along the Arakawa cycle path. Once we arrive in Kawagoe, a regenerating lunch awaits us. You will have time to visit Kawagoe full of temples and beautiful shops., drink good coffee and we will return to the starting point

Nicknamed the "Little Edo", due to the presence of old commercial houses dating back to the 19th century and its traditional sites, the city is a pleasant alternative that can be used as a substitute for a few days in Tokyo. Famous is the Ichiban-gai street where we could admire the kurazukuri, white houses that look like warehouses.

We will pedal long the river cycle route and we will finish under the Toku no Kane Tower (the time bell) where we could imagine the atmosphere of the Edo era, Ramen lunch and a visit to the temple of prosperity and then return to the Urawa station.
