See the different side of Zagreb
For all of you who want to see more than the usual sites, such as the Baroque and Art Nouveau buildings of the city center, or for those who are extremely eager to find out what Socialism was all about, we've designed this tour. Crossing the river Sava, you'll be entering completely different scenery, discovering a very complex side of Zagreb that is not very often promoted by the officials. Here you'll get to see the development of our city since the Post-World War II era, mainly through that "mystical" time of Communism and Yugoslavia and see how it breathes today as it remains the main housing area of Zagreb. New Zagreb is currently also a cradle of a very vivacious Croatian contemporary art scene.
Highlights:
- National Theatre
