Beginning with the Untersee, you will start the shorter part of your bicycle tour visiting the Isle of Reichenau and the area west of the lake. After having seen the fort of Munot, the Rheinfall, the city of Diessenhofen and Schaffhausen, you will set on the longer part of your tour - the circular tour around the Lake Constance. After having reached the 'tower city', you will leave the river Elbe and continue your journey along the Havel River. On the way, you will cross through the Schollener Land, bike around a part of the Hohennauener See and experience the extensive landscape of the Westhavelland Natural Reserve. Passing through the city Brandenburg and the island and floral town Werder, you will reach Potsdam with its unique Palace and Park Sanssouci. You will then cross over the large Wannsee Lake with a ferry and find yourself standing on a peaceful path leading along the lakeside to Berlin-Spandau. From there you will follow the Spree River cycle path right into Berlin's city centre.
