The Ourigane Valley Tour

This peaceful valley is surrounded by timeless Berber villages where you can see the pleasures of a simpler life where the philosophy of life is more or less extinct in the western world. Stand for just a minute contemplating the view in any direction and you will start to absorb a sense of nature’s peacefulness surrounding you.

This tour will take you down the road (or off road) less traveled in the serene Ouirgane Valley of Asni. The tour ascends 7km uphill towards a small hidden village where a friendly smiling local Berber meets us. We have some delicious treats that are enjoyed while overlooking the amazing lake of Asni Ouirgane with magnificent views over mount Toubkal and the mountains. After some rest and relaxation, we descend to the gorgeous plateau that sits protected on all sides by rich red earth gorges. We continue along the terrain and road with a magnificent sensory overload of nature’s beauty. You will experience the foothills of the majestic high Atlas Mountains, blue babbling streams, fragrant pine forests and untouched salt mines. Finish with a scrumptious Berber lunch of Moroccan classics.
