Three Lakes, Lake Skadar, Lake Ohrid, Lake Koman, and Two seas, the Adriatic and the Ionian, to discover by bike. Experience the Albanian Alps by bike and boat.
Albania, the sunny country of Europe, just two hours away by plane, is considered the "last secret of Europe" with four UNESCO world cultural sites and is an attractive travel destination in southern Europe. For many in Western Europe, Albania is still a "terra incognita" - an unknown country. It is precisely for this reason that the country exerts a strange attraction on visitors. The fascination of the landscape, the hospitality of the inhabitants, the historical sites are all good reasons to get to know the secret of Albania. It is precisely the originality that one still encounters in this country that makes the country worth visiting.
Two seas, the Adriatic and the Ionian Sea with 350 km of coastline, three lakes, Lake Skadar, Lake Ohrid and Lake Prespa make the country very attractive and popular with western tourists.
The route mostly runs on small side roads that are mostly asphalted, with small sections also on well-paved gravel roads. There is also increased traffic on the way into the towns. This bike tour, which is full of experiences, requires a moderate level of fitness, as there are days when you will climb more than 1,000 metres. However, the bus is available for the occasional climb. We recommend wearing a bike helmet!

Discover the “last secret of Europe”
Immerse yourself in the land of the Skipetars, as the Albanians like to call themselves, which played an important role in the past of the Balkans, was then forgotten for a long time and is now seeking and finding its way back to Europe. The many architecturally unique mountain ranges, gorges, rivers and valleys and the UNESCO-protected cities and buildings speak of the eventful history of this country.
Our cycling tour takes you to the flat Adriatic Sea coast with 250km length and the 200km long South Ionian Sea. The wild and beautiful Riviera will make this cycling tour unforgettable. One day of hiking in the Vjosa River Valley National Park.
Our cycling tour takes you along Lake Ohrid, impressive southern mountains, the indented Ionian coast, Caesar Pass and Vlora Bay in the southern Adriatic with rocky and pine forest coast.
Moderately difficult cycling stages through mountains and river valleys along mountainous and flat Riviera coasts. We cycle mainly on asphalted, quiet side roads. Increased traffic is also to be expected at the entrances to cities.
