Southern Hua Hin Bicycle Tour

This half-day tour explores Southern Hua Hin beyond the usual city-centre visitor trail, covering a 25-35 km route on modern hybrid bicycles with an English-speaking local guide. Riders pass through a string of beaches including Suan Son, Sai Yai and the lesser-known Sai Noi, along with landmarks such as Khao Takiap (Chopstick Mountain), Khao Tao (Turtle Mountain) and their respective temples.

The route also takes in cultural and conservation sites, including a mangrove ecosystem preservation centre, a dog rescue shelter, a royal-project reservoir and a cotton-weaving village. The tour concludes with a traditional Thai lunch at a local eatery.

Suited to both casual and enthusiastic cyclists, the tour runs daily and caters to a broad range of fitness levels on a mix of easy and moderate terrain.

Surface and terrain:

A mix of easy and moderate terrain. Route covers 25-35 km over 2-3 hours of riding time, with some optional off-bike trekking sections.

Weather :

It can get very hot despite the early start, and recommends sun lotion and supportive shoes. It also cautions guests not to rely on weather forecasts.
