Weekend break
We kick off with a Nordic Walking Session on the beach to loosen up those limbs and take in that sea air.
Saturday sees our 1st Sauna & Dip session, followed by a picturesque cycle tour on the electric bikes around the Norman way.
On Sunday we will start with our final Sauna & dip session followed by a stint in the personal training studio before we wind up the weekend.
Plenty of time to explore the Strand and sample the vibrant cafes and restaurants

The Norman Way is a heritage route that runs along the south coast of County Wexford. Along this Wexford Trail you will discover authentic medieval sites which will help you to understand the Norman way of life. These hidden gems of the Norman Way are waiting to be explored by you down quiet country lanes, in beautiful seaside villages and alongside stunning beaches.
The Norman Way in Wexford is a true treasure of Ireland’s Ancient East. Lose yourself in this beautiful, ancient landscape as you discover the Norman way of life in the place where it first took hold in Ireland over 800 years ago.
Follow the Norman Way on one of our "local" bike tours.
We leave Rosslare Strand and head out around Carne, Lady's Island and visit some of the sites along the way - a leisurely cycle providing the opportunity to socialise and visit some historical sites and beautiful scenery along the way.
The tours are between 2 and 4 hours.
We hire out Hybrid and Electric Bikes - you can also bring your own bike.

Being based in Rosslare Strand, we are ideally situated for the Start of the EuroVelo route in Ireland (The Atlantic Coast Route) - EV1.
The route connects Europe to the UK, Ireland and the Nordics - we focus on the stretch from Rosslare to Kinsale (from the Sunny South East to the Gold Coast).
