Mexico's Gastronomic Heart

Imagine Mexico ... riding trails that have been in use since ancient times, connecting peaceful rural villages, through fields of vivid marigolds, always within view of snow capped volcanoes. We have biked the back-roads in the states of Puebla and Veracruz for the past 10 years, and have come to love (and know) this part of the world as much as our native Nova Scotia. There is so much to see and experience here -- Puebla's bustling UNESCO World Heritage site, white water rafting on the Rio Pescado, Tehuacan's cactus forests, the great pyramids of Cholula -- and we would love to share it with you.
