Join us for a 3-day luxury cycling tour through Kent - the Garden of England.
Our local guides with lead you along some of the UK's best cycling routes, on quiet country roads with picturesque scenery, stopping at 4 English vineyards.
You'll be given tours of 3 of those vineyards, and will enjoy tutored wine-tastings, as well as gourmet meals with paired wines.
You'll stay at hand-picked hotels, including the historic Hever Castle, childhood home of Anny Boleyn.
This tour is designed for people with some experience road cycling. While there are no long, alpine climbs, the road is undulating with a few short, sharp inclines that might leave you short of breath. We try to balance the amount of time in the saddle with the time spent in the vineyards, so you're able to enjoy both to the full, rather than being exhausted in the evenings or sore-headed in the mornings!
The group will be a maximum of 8 guests, and we like to stay together as a group when possible, however as each group has 2 guides we can divide if necessary.
Highlights:
- Tours & tastings at Squerryes, Chapel Down and Gusbourne
- A curated 5-course meal in Squerryes Winery's Tasting Room with wine accompaniment chosen by their Master of Wine
- A 3-course pairing meal at The Goudhurst Inn, part of Hush Heath Estate
- A night's stay at the historic Hever Castle

Self-guided wine tour - choose 1 or 2 vineyards
Our local experts have planned a beautiful 35km road cycling route from Tunbridge Wells to Hush Heath winery, and on to Herbert Hall, passing through woods, picturesque villages, and along quiet country lanes. The route winds through the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty along undulating, country roads.
It is not suitable for complete beginner road cyclists as, while there are no long climbs that you'd expect to see in the Lake District or Alps, there are a few short, sharp inclines that might leave you short of breath. If you are new to cycling please let us know and we can work with you to plan a suitable route.
As this is a self-guided tour you are free to travel at your own pace, and we'll share some recommendations for places to stop for a coffee or snack along the way. Come alone and meet other like-minded cyclists, or gather a group of friends and form your own peloton.
