12 full days of cycling and/or other activities (2 days cycling on rail trails and 6 days cycling on quiet roads, interspersed with 4 days of non-cycling activities)
12 nights of paid lodging + 21 meals (catering to all dietary needs)
2 separate bikes (one for paved roads, one for the rail trail), along with a helmet, rear rack bag, rear safety light, basic bike computer, water bottle, and T-shirt.
