Bicycle Illinois

Starting from the town of Cairo at Illinois' southernmost tip and ending in the heart of downtown Chicago, Bicycle Illinois is the only cycling event across the entire state of Illinois! Held annually, the fully supported ride covers 500 to 600 miles with nightly stops in Cairo, Carbondale, Centralia, Effingham, Champaign, and Kankakee. A century option is also available every day of the ride!There will be six consecutive days of riding with pre-designated supported rest stops along the way and ride segments between the rest stops are about 20 miles long.
